Roseicollis Technologies is currently focused on bringing the SunSaluter, a solar panel rotating tracker, to the forefront of both emerging and developed markets. With a significant cost and design advantage, the SunSaluter optimizes energy collection by up to 40% to generate more electricity per dollar spent per kilowatt. Designed with recycled materials, the patent-pending SunSaluter is less complex to manufacture, requires less maintenance and does not use electricity as a motorized tracker would. Since August 2010, two prototypes have already been deployed in Mpala, Kenya, bringing electricity to one thousand villagers for the first time.
